1. Shipping Locations
Vedawoo currently ships products within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally at this time. (Cross check Info)

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, order weight, and shipping speed selected at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
During high-demand periods, processing times may extend. Please check our website for any updates on shipping delays.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Estimated delivery times for each shipping option will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier operations. Vedawoo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.
Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we may charge additional shipping fees for resending the package.
Please contact us if you need assistance updating your delivery address before your order is shipped.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Vedawoo is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
In cases of damage upon receipt, please contact our customer service team at care@vedawoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged package and contents for us to assess and assist with a replacement or refund, if applicable.

8. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Shipping to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses is limited and may only be available with certain carriers (such as USPS). Please contact us if you need assistance with shipping to these addresses.

9. Shipping Delays
Vedawoo is not responsible for delays in shipping due to uncontrollable factors, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Any such delays will not be eligible for refunds on shipping charges.

10. Returns and Exchanges
For returns and exchanges, please review our Returns and Refunds Policy. Shipping charges on returns may be the customer’s responsibility, depending on the reason for return.
